How we compile speaker fee ranges
Every fee figure on this site is a band, not a quote. This page explains where the bands come from, how accurate they are, and what we are (and aren't).
Who’s behind this site
Motivational Speakers USA is an independent directory operated by VentureCorp, Inc. We are not a speakers bureau, we are not any speaker's agent or representative, and listing here is editorial — speakers do not pay for inclusion. The roster is our own cross-source editorial compilation; no bureau's roster was copied.

How we calculate
Fee bands are typical published ranges as of Q2 2026 — never exact dollars. Our live calibration sample found editorial bands accurate to about ±1 band, which is why every page says 'exact fees via inquiry'. Rows whose band is still unverified are excluded from the directory until a verification pass clears them (109 of 317 are currently held back). Base regions are for grouping only and are not verified addresses.

Booking-inquiry links may be affiliate links to a partner bureau; if you book through one we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Placement is never for sale, bands are never adjusted for partners, and we are not the agent of any listed speaker. To correct or remove a listing, contact us.
Keeping it current
Fees drift and bureaus increasingly gate bands behind inquiry forms. We refresh quarterly with a rotated spot-check sample; the current verification quarter is Q2 2026, shown on every page.
